CNS mechanical factory is a business unit directly under  SaiGon Industry Corporation- Limited One member, was established on the unify  basis of LIDICO the Electrical mechanical factory and Mould Engineering  Factory, Decision No.  203/QD-HĐQT dated on Aug 04, 2008 by the Board of Sai Gon Industry Corporation.

LIDICO – The Electrical mechanical factory which the Electrical mechanical company- LIDICO change of business after being merged into the Sai Gon Industry Corporation activity in the model of parent company – subsidiary  Company, Decision No. 1325 / QĐ-UBND dated  on March 27, 2006 and Decision No. 656/QĐ-UBND dated on Feb 14, 2007 by the Peoples Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

Electrical mechanical Company - LIDICO is a state enterprise, was formally established by Decision No. 39/QĐ-UB dated on October 5, 1992 by the People  Committee of Ho Chi Minh City is based on Joint Enterprise Union Electric was established under Decision No. 49/QĐ-UB  dated on March 07,1979 by the People  Committee of Ho Chi Minh City directly under Department of Industry  of  the Ho Chi Minh City, specializes in manufacturing and export business electrical / electronic appliances and devices, parts of which specializes in manufacturing electric fans branded LIDICO. As one of the first few production-quality electric fans in Vietnam, enterprise quality management system was certified ISO-9001: 2000 from 25-01-2005, with tradition and the development of the unit was associated with electric fan manufacturing industry for more than 30 years.In recent years, the unit has continued to invest in new equipment and technology for development and production market expansion. Now, LIDICO electric fans ‘s  Brand is one of the leading brands of electric fans in Vietnam with the level of technology more modern techniques, LIDICO prestigious brand has been registered at the National Office of Intellectual property of Vietnam and valid until 20-12-2016.

Besides the main product is manufacturing  many kinds electric fans, the unit also has other products such as fan cage, fan motors, fan shaft types, engine fan Hoods, Hoods first handheld grinder, chain of the airport conveyor, cable pipe connection boxes, cage birds, crab cages, conveyors, automatic tobacco supply system, ... to serve the market demand and the member unit of the Corporation.
